My refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If I have not received your return within 60 days of its purchase date, I won’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you receive damaged pieces, please e-mail pictures along with your shipping address to I’ll send you replacement pieces for free. A return is unnecessary.
If the pieces your received aren’t the right size or don’t work for the application you intended, e-mail me with your problem and shipping address at I may be able to create modifications of the designs you need send you the new pieces for free. Please note that this takes time and please include plenty of information so that I can fully understand the problem.
I’m interested in better understanding the needs of my customers to create better products for them as I’m not a model train enthusiast and am more interested in the process of creating things.
You can return your order in its entirety in whatever condition it’s in (even used/painted/sanded/trimmed/cut) for a full refund by mailing it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. You can e-mail me at to notify me that you’ve returned your order but it isn’t required. Once I’ve received your package, I’ll use the address on the shipping label to track down your order and refund it.
